If you are not a current client/patient:
We will gladly accept a copy or fax of your pet's immunization records from your current veterinarian. In addition, an in-house **Physical Examination by a doctor at Munster Animal Hospital is required, prior to boarding,
to ensure the wellbeing of your pet as well as our boarders on the premise.
*PLEASE NOTE:
If your pet needs a pre-boarding physical or vaccines the day of drop off, you cannot drop off before 9am; our doctors do not see patients until this time. If necessary, we can provide your pet with vaccines if needed.
**Physical Exam: $48
Dog requirements:
Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Heartworm Test within the last year; Bordetella and Fecal Exam within 6 months.
Puppy requirements:
Must be at least 4 months old; must have had at least 3 Distemper boosters, 2 Leptospirosis boosters, a Rabies, a Bordetella, and 2 negative fecal tests or a negative test following a treated positive fecal test.
Cat requirements:
Rabies and Distemper within the last year; Fecal Exam within 6 months.
Kitten requirements:
Must be at least 4 months old; must have had at least 3 Distemper boosters, a Rabies, and 2 negative fecal tests or a negative following a treated positive fecal test.
